Allow for a 5-7 day duration between ordering and delivery

Privacy

Hydroponic Gardens & Supply does not resell customer information.  Any information gathered is transactional.

Return Policy

We accept product returns if there is a material defect in accord with the manufacturer's warranty, or damage due to shipping. Please inspect your products upon receipt, even if there is no visible damage. We cannot accept returns later than 15 days from time of purchase. Additionally, we can accept returns ONLY on items that we stock. If however, there is no material defect in the product to be returned, applicable re-stocking charges will be incurred. Hydroponic Gardens & Supply cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs.

Accuracy of Information

Although we strive to provide the most current, accurate information for our customers, it is possible to overlook product changes, detailed dimensions, or price increases as our product line may change. Hydroponic Gardens & Supply may be able to provide this for you even if it is not shown on our site. Hydroponic Gardens & Supply cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from inaccurate product information.
